Appendix 2: Biographies of Key Team Members
Francis Parker School’s Burnham Benefits Support Team
Dan is responsible for leading new business development, with an
emphasis in the public sector, where he successfully builds
innovative markets for clients. He has specialized experience with
trusts, joint powers authorities (JPAs) and other bargaining units.
Dan works with clients to create and execute mutually agreeable
Dan Exceen benefit strategies to strategically lead clients toward the most

Dan puts a significant emphasis on building a strong, empowered
team to work beside him, which translates into a cohesive support
system for each client. He continually cultivates and maintains client
relationships. Dan received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
and History from the University of Nebraska.
Ann has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery.
She works with her clients to develop long-term, high-return benefit
plans that achieve corporate goals, by lowering costs and maximizing
results. Ann enables clients to provide effective employer wellness
plans, outsource benefits administration, and provide quality

Senior Consultant Ann earned a Master of Public Health in Health Services
Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science
from San Diego State University. A native of Southern California,
Stawicki is actively involved in the community and gets outside as
much as possible.
Alicia is responsible for the overall account management from
service, marketing, implementation, renewal and compliance. Assists
with on-going plan administration, online benefit management
systems, open enrollment coordination and employee meetings.

Alicia’s favorite part of her job is meeting our clients’ employees,
helping them and their families, and making sure their questions are
answered. Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Long
Beach State University.
