                    Wellness/Well-being
                    Investing in employees’ health and well-being is an extension of a commitment to our culture. Our
                    wellness  programs  promote  health  awareness,  education  and  personal  accountability.  Francis
                    Parker School will develop the current wellness initiatives and stratification with the implementation
                    of a proven third-party wellness vendor.

                    Objectives:
                      A. Launch next stage of Francis Parker’s Wellness Program
                              1. Conduct an environmental assessment
                              2. Secure funding from carriers
                              3. Develop a wellness committee
                      B. Introduce Claim analytics to measure current data to past claims for
                         measurable and quantified results.
                      C. Launch next stage of Francis Parker’s Wellness Program
                      D. Engage 70%+ of the workforce in a “Know Your (biometric) Numbers”
                         campaign
                      E. Introduce educational programs to enhance employee and dependent
                         wellbeing, such as long-term care and voluntary benefits such as Critical Illness
                         and Accident plans.
                      F. Develop proper budgeting for program maintenance
