                     Employee Communication

                            Launch worksite voluntary benefit plans with third party “enrollers” that will visit the sites
                            and discuss Francis Parker School’s plans, wellness program and new voluntary benefits
                            Continue the “Know Your Benefits” bimonthly email campaign
                            Introduce a Health Fair in October once the school year has settled in

                            Consider conducting employee survey to better understand employee’s perception of the
                            benefit program, the interest in CDHP’s and overall happiness with program
                            Distribute Total Compensation Statements to assist employees in understanding the true
                            value of their benefit /compensation package
                            Continue to address and communicate all health care reform legislation to employees as
                            needed

                            Update and refresh in-depth and informational employee benefit guide to include more
                            detail of the benefit program
                            Communicate to ensure employees understand the connection between wellness and
                            benefit costs
