Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan, continued

The FSA Store
The FSA Store allows you to purchase discounted, over-the-counter FSA eligible products. You can
use your Benny Card to purchase items if you wish, or you can purchase items out of pocket and
then file a claim for reimbursement with your Health Care Spending Account.

Spending Account Rules
1. You must designate how much money you wish to contribute annually to each account at the beginning
of the plan year (January 1 or date of hire). Money set aside for one account cannot be moved to
another account.
2. You may change your annual contributions within 30 days of experiencing a qualifying “change in
family status,” such as marriage, divorce, addition or loss of a dependent, a change in your spouse’s
employment, etc.
3. It is important to carefully review your estimated expenses since any unclaimed funds remaining in
each account as of March 31 of the following plan year will be forfeited. Expenses must be incurred
between January 1 of the current plan year and March 15 of the following plan year. All expenses must
be submitted by March 31 of the following plan year to qualify for reimbursement.

Transportation Spending Account Plan

ABC Company provides employees with a Transportation Spending Account Plan through Infinisource.
The Transportation Spending Account Plan allows you to pay for work-related transit and parking expenses
with pre-tax dollars. You can set aside up to $260 per month for mass transit expenses including Transit
Passes and Vanpooling, and $260 per month for parking. Because deductions for these expenses are
deducted from your paycheck, your taxable income is reduced and less tax is withheld.

You must use your Benny Card to pay for eligible transportation expenses. The Transportation Spending
Account operates on a month-by-month basis, so you may enroll in the plan, change your contribution
amount(s), or stop and restart your contributions at any time in PlanSource. To learn more about the
