TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
International SOS | Travel Assistance
This is a company-paid benefit - Enrollment is not required
International SOS is a medical, security, and travel assistance company that provides emergency assistance services to travelers
and expatriates.
When you are outside the United States, International SOS provides assistance if you:
• Need medical attention, such as a doctor, prescription, or hospital
• Have an emergency, such as lost or stolen wallet or documentation, or emergency cash
• Need legal help
• Need to evacuate or repatriate
Accessing Travel Assistance Benefits
In the United States, call International SOS at (215) 942-8226, in London at +44 20 8762 8008, or in Singapore
at +65 6338 7800. Telephone assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also visit their
website located at www.internationalsos.com (Access Code: 11BGMA000025).
ACCIDENT COVERAGE
Cigna | Personal Accident
This is a voluntary benefit - Enrollment is required
Voluntary Personal Accident coverage provides 24-hour protection in the event of accidental death or dismemberment. Coverage
is available for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and your eligible dependent children.
Amounts in excess of $150,000 may not exceed 10x your annual base salary. Benefits payable in the event of your death or
dismemberment, or of your family members if you are enrolled in the Family Plan, are outlined in a schedule in the Personal
Accident Insurance booklet. Benefits are reduced for employees age 70 or older.
EDUCATION
International Scholarship and Tuition Services (ISTS) | Scholarship Program
Children whose parent, stepparent, or legal guardian have been employed by Parsons for one year or longer as a full-time, regular
employee (excluding contract employees) are eligible to apply for a Parsons scholarship. The program is administered by
International Scholarship and Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS), a firm that specializes in managing sponsored scholarship programs.
Applicants must be pursuing a course of study in a qualified major listed in the scholarship program FAQ posted to the PWeb
benefits site.
Applications are accepted annually beginning in January and ending in mid-March. Recipients are notified in May and awards are
paid in August. Specific dates are communicated annually in December via the weekly bulletin. The parent/guardian must be
employed by Parsons at the time awards are announced.
