Benefits For Work and Life Balance

         TIME OFF BENEFITS

         Parsons | Paid Time Off
PTO can be used for vacation, illness, or personal business. You will receive PTO accrual in addition to paid company designated
holidays. The annual PTO accrual for employees is indicated below:

Employment Years Annual Accrual Maximum Accrual
            Classification of Service

         Full-time (40 Hours) Less than 5 years 120 hours (15 days) 480 hours (60 days)
At least 5, but less than 160 hours (20 days) 640 hours (80 days)
                               20 years
                               20 or more years 200 hours (25 days) 800 hours (100 days)

Part-time N/A Prorated PTO hours are accrued based on 4X annual accrual
regular hours charged, not to exceed 80
                                                                 hours in a pay period

The rate of PTO accrual is based on continuous employment with the company and its corporate affiliates. Employees who rehire
will be credited for prior years of completed service to establish the PTO accrual rate. Credit for prior years of service with an
acquired company prior to its acquisition does not apply. PTO accruals update at the end of the following pay period in which your
milestone anniversary date occurs. PTO accrues per pay period until you reach the maximum accrual for which you are eligible.
Once the maximum accrual has been reached, employees will stop accruing further PTO until the following pay period after the
balance falls below the maximum PTO hours authorized for employee’s service period. PTO continues to accrue during all periods
of leave in pay status. PTO does not accrue during any unpaid leave of absence.

You are paid for all your accrued and unused PTO upon separation of employment or upon transfer to a foreign, self-sustaining
payroll. In cases of separation and rehire by another US Parsons affiliate, PTO hours are normally transferred to the new Parsons
         company.

Under certain circumstances, such as those listed below, you may receive cash payments for a part of or all your accrued and
         unused PTO hours:
         • An unpaid leave of absence expected to exceed 30 days
         • A company convenience leave of absences expected to exceed 30 days
         • Transfer to another Parsons payroll due to relocation

PTO payments are computed on the basis of the salary rate in effect at the time of termination, reassignment, or leave of absence.

         PTO Donations
You may donate your own accrued PTO to your coworkers who have insufficient accrued PTO to cover a Family Health Related
emergency that is critical or catastrophic illness or injury of the employee or an immediate family member that poses a threat to
life and/or requires impatient or hospice health care; or a Personal Crisis of a severe nature that directly impacts the employee
such as a natural disaster impacting the employee’s primary residence such as a fire or severe storm.
