         CASTING NETWORK EMPLOYEES                                                                OPEN ENROLLMENT
         •   Working full-time (30 hours or more each week on a regular basis).                   •   During open enrollment you can enroll or make

         •   Your legally married spouse (same or opposite sex).

         CHILDREN                                                                                 •   You are eligible for benefits on the first day of the

       QUALIFYING EVENT
       Outside annual enrollment, you can make changes during the plan year if something in your life changes (and is an event recognized by the IRS).
