Create a Poster
Using a large piece of brightly coloured construction paper, create a poster and hang where you will see
it often. Include the destructive pattern you wish to overcome as well as any alternative behaviour you
would like to exhibit. Use such phrases as “I am…, I will…”, and “ I can…”. Use the space below
for a rough copy of your poster before you transfer it on to the construction paper.
