P. 75

You can plug in your own variables and use this equation whenever you need it. It
                   really does work!

Some equations that will not result in a positive outcome are as follows:

                                 Negative thoughts + Positive actions
                                 Negative thoughts + No action
                                 Positive thoughts + Negative actions
                                 Positive thoughts + No action
Negative thoughts + Negative actions (Two wrongs
                                                               Really don't make a right!)

It is important to remember that negative emotions equal negative thoughts and
positive emotions equal positive thoughts. Positive emotions, therefore, lead to
positive changes in your life. On the other hand, negative emotions ultimately lead to
                   negativity.

Even though you may be attempting to think positive as often as you can, if your
efforts are hampered by too many negative emotions, the resulting energy surrounding
your situation will, for the most part, be negative. So, it is important for to not only
recognize your thoughts and emotions, but also to make every effort to avoid both
negative thoughts and negative emotions. Once again, it is extremely important to
                   THINK POSITIVE!

Now that we have come to recognize the Action Formula as the specific formula you
need to make a positive change in your life, we will go over the steps involved in this
                   process. They are as follows:

                          1) Release negative emotions. Own and Forgive.
                          2) Possess a desire to change.
                          3) Believe in yourself. “I think I can.”
                          4) Verbalize, write down or visualize a positive outcome.
                          5) Take appropriate constructive ACTION.

Please remember that negative thoughts, emotions, or ulterior motives are not
permitted in this equation if you expect a positive outcome. If you stick to this
formula, you will begin to see a difference in your life in no time at all.
