When used in combination with the Action Formula, the Recipe for Change is an
effective and easy outline to follow whenever a specific aspect of your behaviour
requires some sort of modification.
INGREDIENT: ACTION WORDS:
Forgiveness I forgive
Desire to change I want
Faith I believe
Visualisation I see
Action I do
Accomplishment I did it
So, we can use the above ingredients to put together a Recipe for Change.
Here it is:
Take a generous amount of Forgiveness.
Add to that, heaping amounts of Desire.
Gently stir in a liberal portion of Faith.
Bind the above ingredients with an
Abundance of Visualisation.
Combine with ample appropriate Action.
Now you are ready to enjoy your ACCOMPLISHMENT. Well done!
