                                                                diets.

          Healthy Diet:

A healthy diet is an important part of creating a healthy

lifestyle and there is some research to show that diet affects

          people’s mental wellbeing.

              Tip: Providing healthy meals for

yourself and your children can be a

struggle when you’re not feeling well. Try

batch cooking and freezing extra meals so

they can easily be defrosted when you’re

going through a period of illness. Many

fruits and vegetables such as broccoli,

peas, carrots, bananas and berries freeze
              well.

         Get into nature:

Spending time outside is good for a person’s mental

well being. Studies have shown that spending time in natural

environments (not city or urban ones) not only reduces

stress but improves the mental health of people with
         anxiety and depression.
