Making “me time” is an time to themselves to do

Hobbies are a great way to relax the mind and anything that
gets you outdoors and active is a bonus. Some popular ones
are:
Painting/drawing,

Pamper yourself:
Pampering yourself is also a very good way to relax.
Activities such as having a massage, getting a manicure or
pedicure or having a haircut can be very beneficial.
