Looking after your mind.





             Making  “me  time”  is  an  time  to  themselves  to  do

             important part of recovery  what they enjoy and those

                 and  being  an  effective  with a mental illness are no

             parent.  All  parents  need  different.

             Hobbies:


             Hobbies are a great way to relax the mind and anything that


             gets you outdoors and active is a bonus. Some popular ones

             are:

                   Painting/drawing,


                    gardening,

                   photography,

                   sewing,


                   writing,
                   jigsaw puzzles


                   pottery



             Pamper yourself:


             Pampering yourself is also a very good way to relax.

             Activities such as having a massage, getting a manicure or

             pedicure or having a haircut can be very beneficial.
