In addition to opening a PowerPoint presentation from within your web browser using SharePoint and PowerPoint Online, you can also preview the presentation before you open it. To preview the presentation, click the vertical ellipsis beside the presentation’s name and then click Preview. A preview of the document appears in your web browser, as shown in Figure 6-6.
By storing all of your files in SharePoint, you can set up alerts to notify you when anything changes.
