EYES INC—CCEP Yearly Report for 2019-2020 — Version 0.3 June 22, 2020
Of the clients who already had children, the following pediatrics facilities in Essex County were utilized: St. James, Pediatrics Foundation; and Agape Pediatrics. One client utilized Riverside Pediatrics in Hudson County. Due to the fact most of the children were under child protective services, they had to remain receiving services that were already in place.
Outcome 1.3: All (100%) CCEP participants will be linked with appropriate medical care. Of the seven clients who were enrolled in the intervention, all of them were found to be in need of
medical care. As such, all were linked with appropriate medical care.
8.3 Goal 2: Reduce perinatal and environmentally related effects of maternal and/or paternal drug abuse on infants and children.
8.3.1 Objective 2.1: Decrease the misuse of prescription drugs, alcohol, illicit and other harmful drugs among 80% pregnant and postpartum women.
Outcome 2.1.1: Deliver a minimum of four months of CCEP services to 50 clients per year for each of the five years.
Seven total participants were enrolled in CCEP between June 24, 2019 and October 25, 2019, which constituted the total enrolled during Year 1. Of those seven, four received at least four months (or 120 days) of CCEP services (see Table 2 below).
