EYES INC—CCEP Yearly Report for 2019-2020 — Version 0.3 June 22, 2020
Outcome 2.1.2: Administer GPRA and local assessment instruments to guide evaluation of benefit of intervention, and document both need for treatment and required level of care. Assessment instruments will be administered at intake; at discharge, and at the time of the six- month follow-up.
A total of seven (7) women were taken into the CCEP intervention. All seven of those women were administered GPRA and local assessment instruments at intake. Data gathered through those instruments will be presented in Section 8.6.
Outcome 2.1.3: At least 60% of CCEP clients will participate in at least three Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) sessions.
Motivational Enhancement Therapy was not administered during Year 1 of the grant. Instead Intensive Outpatient Programs were administered to all participants. All seven women enrolled in CCEP received at least three IOP sessions weekly.
Outcome 2.1.4: At least 85% of CCEP clients will be provided “wraparound” support services from Unpaid Peer Mentors to support their recovery process.
All participants will begin to receive “wraparound” support from unpaid Peer Mentors in Year 2. These services were not offered to all during Year 1, as capacity was still being built to administer the basic program. However, one participant (DJ2933) received such services from a local source.
This outcome will be calculated as the total number of CCEP clients receiving wraparound support services from unpaid Peer Mentors, divided by the total number of CCEP clients participating for at least four months during the grant Year, and reported as a percentage.
8.3.2 Objective 2.2: Involve families, partners of women, fathers of children and older children of women to participate in assisting enrolled clients’ substance treatment from a Family Systems perspective.
Outcome 2.2.1: 30% of women will reconnect with a family member or partner while in substance abuse treatment.
A reconnection with a family member is defined with any instance when a woman is reunited with a family member with whom they considered themselves estranged either during or intervention period or during the three months following their four-month intervention period. The percentage
