STATIONARY SURVEILLANCE – this is observation
of place usually a book stall, a gambling, joint, a
residence where illegal activities are going on fixed
position.
STATUS OFFENSE – behavior that is unlawful for
children, even though the same behavior is legal
for adults. What transforms the conduct into a
public offense is the age of the actor. The most
common status offenses are truancy, running away
from home, incorrigibility or disobeying parents,

chemicals in the brain. Stimulants increase
alertness, heart rate, blood pressure, and
breathing rate. Examples of stimulants include
caffeine, amphetamines and nicotine.
STIMULANT DRUGS – are groups of drugs that
increases the activity in the central nervous
system.
