                                                                    Camille Drummond has been in the oil and gas industry
                                                                    for more than 25 years, working her way up from trainee
                                                                    accountant with global oil firm Amoco to qualify just two
                                                                    years later as a Chartered Management Accountant. Thus
                                                                    began a rise to the top.
                                                                     Her first significant role was as Treasurer for Amoco UK,
                                                                    following which she completed a Master’s in Business and
                                                                    moved to the US to manage a large finance team responsible
                                                                    for joint venture accounting.
                                                                     While she was overseas, BP and Amoco merged and she
                                                                    returned home in 1999 to oversee the integration of the two
                                                                    companies’ finance activities in the UK.
                                                                     Camille moved to Global Trading in 2001, becoming
                                                                    Chief Financial Officer of the European Gas and Global LNG
                                                                    business, then a senior executive group leader within BP
                                                                    before being appointed to run the Global Trading back office
                                                                    operations, overseeing a team of 280 employees. She was
                                                                    promoted to VP of Global Business Services in January 2018.

                  Career Masterclass, a not-for-profit social enterprise
                  that works to encourage and provide practical tips to
                  BAME workers, for whom she hosts webinars, events
                  and conferences. Career Masterclass has experienced
                  tremendous growth, having recently launched in Nigeria.
                   To date, Career Masterclass has positively impacted
                  the lives of thousands of BAME professionals, and
                  hosts an annual conference called Stretch during Black
                  History Month to inspire and provide career development
                  opportunities. Stretch more than doubled in attendance
                  from 130 attendees in 2017 to 300 in 2018 and grew again for
                  its 2019 event at the Grange Hotel, London.
                   Bukola is also keen to promote the progression of women
                  in the workplace, a mission she has pursued within each
                  of her roles, either through mentoring or sponsoring the
                  careers of BAME women.
                   Bukola was listed on the 2017 Financial Times EMpower
                  Top 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders list and she was the 2016
                  winner of the Precious Awards Outstanding Woman in
                  Banking and Finance.
