36 years after Les B. began at Jewel-Osco he is still
going strong!
Les started as an assembler in the old Bldg C (which at
the time was Fresh Foods) and has had a variety of
titles. His current job title is Day Shift Superintendent in
the FFC.
Les enjoys the job, but really loves the people that he
works with and proves it by having an encouraging
word about his team quite often. Les is a man of his
word.
He is married with three children, enjoys snowmobiling
and is an avid boater. Les is extremely proud of his son
who won the World Championship in Snow Cross. Les
was born in the Chicago area, but once lived in
Australia.
Les challenged his team and they responded in a big
way by exceeding their efficiencies over Q1 2016.
Nice work FFC, and congratulations to all shifts.
