         Dear Doug:

         I’m writing you this letter to personally inform you about a Jewel-Osco that has a real “Standup Team Mate”
         on your staff that needs to be recognized. His name is Brian K.

         My wife and I have lived in Vernon Hills for 25 plus years and have been shopping at your Mundelein Jewel-
         Osco for that period of time. I could go through all the things this man has accomplished at this store and believe
         me there has been a lot, but his manager I’m sure has probably already informed you of these tasks.

         Although when a Store Director goes out of his way to personally help numerous customers like me it
         has to be documented for all to see.

         It has been my honor to write this informative and positive letter to you.
