Nathan Borre

DePaul University
In the two years that Nathan has been working for Jewel-Osco, he has
developed as he calls it, an attachment to the job. It has helped him grow
as a person as well as a leader. He will be attending DePaul University in
the fall to pursue a degree in computer science. With his degree, Nathan
hopes to one day be able to develop software to benefit all technologies of
the world as well as those in our stores. He continues to take on
challenges in his life, work and school in order to help him succeed.
Nathan is eager to apply the skills he gained to carry over into his future at
Jewel-Osco.

Purdue University Northwest
Ethan plans on pursuing a career in business by joining the Store
Management Training Program. He has built a solid knowledge base over his
years working for Jewel-Osco and hopes to use this towards a successful
career. This is evident in his successful completion of the 2017 Jewel
Summer Business Internship where he was able to learn what it takes to be a
leader. His Store Director says “he always works extremely hard and he is a
team player.” Ethan is always looking for ways to better himself and grow as
a person and a leader.
