Chaz has developed a passion for education and is looking forward to a career with
Jewel-Osco where he can make a positive impact in the area of employee training
and development. He has further developed his teaching and leadership skills while
serving as a trainer for new hires. Chaz’s Store Director describes him as a “dedicated
employee and an excellent trainer.” Chaz plans to continue his career at Jewel-Osco
where he can apply the skills gained to positively impact the success of the company.

Jonnathan Flores
Store #4268 – Streamwood, Produce Clerk
Aurora University

Jonnathan is described as someone who consistently strives to go the
extra mile for customers, always maintains a positive attitude and
looks out for the customer’s best interest. His Store Director
commented further that Jonnathan “shows a lot of promise and has
what it takes to grow within our business.” In addition, he has given
much time to his community by volunteering at the Habitat for
Humanity, as well as volunteering his time at Feed My Starving
Children. Jonnathan is looking forward to a store management
career at Jewel-Osco where he can make a positive impact in the
business and with his store team.
