The Company has been undertaking CSR activities since past Five years.The Company identifies certain projects
on its own orTrusts / Agencies which carry out CSR activities which are then short-listed and finalized by the CSR
CommitteeandapprovedbytheBoard.
The Company has framed a CSR policy in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the
