Information

• Please note, the
tournament deadline
date is firm this year.
Entry forms will not be
accepted after January
3, 2019.
• Participants must
be members in good
standing of the Serb
National Federation.
• Entry fees must be
included with this en-
try form. The entry fee
includes: 3 days of golf,
cart, entry to all eve-
ning social events, and
the awards banquet.
• Entry fees are pay-
able by check or money
order in U.S. funds
only to the SNF Ath-
letic Fund. We also ac-
cept American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover. To pay by
credit card, please call
the SNF Home Office at
412-458-5227.
• Entry fees are not
refundable after the
entry deadline. After
this date, fees will then
be declared forfeited.
• The tournament will
consist of a 54-hole
event, governed by
U.S.G.A. regulations
and supervised by the
course professional
and the SNF Athletic
Committee
• Pairings and starting
times will be e-mailed
to every golfer who
specifies a valid e-mail
address. They will also
be posted at golfer reg-
istration, all evening
social events and at the
golf course.
