Hank Aaron Week and Los Bravos celebrate the
many contributions African Americans and Latinos
are making to the game of baseball. Through the
Braves Care pillars of LIVE, LEARN, PLAY, SERVE
and SUSTAIN, we commit to highlighting those
contributions and growing the game of baseball
and softball.

LOS BRAVOS
The Los Bravos serves as a platform to connect with
our Spanish language fan base and the Latino com-
munity in Atlanta. Braves players and alumni visit
schools throughout the year to teach the game of
baseball and share about their experiences growing
up in their native countries.

HANK AARON WEEK
To honor Mr. Aaron, the Braves dedicated July 29 -
August 4, 2019 as Hank Aaron Week, presented by
Delta Air Lines. Among honoring and celebrating Mr.
Aaron through service, education, and philanthropic
programs, the centerpiece of Hank Aaron Week activ-
ities is the inaugural Hank Aaron Invitational. For the
Hank Aaron Invitational, the Braves, MLB, MLB Players
Association and USA Baseball recognized the top 44
diverse high school baseball players in the country,
who competed in an inaugural showcase game at
Truist Park - Hank Aaron Invitational Game. .
