KRONOS TIMECLOCK (IN TOUCH® TERMINAL)

OVERVIEW OF TERMINAL

The Kronos InTouch® Terminal Timeclock operates much like an Automated Teller Machine (ATM): It
helps you get the information that you need, when you need it, as well as view and manage your
information, including:

• View current timecards.
• View current & future schedules.
• View, request, and submit time off, as well
as your time off accrual balances.
• View responses to time off requests.

NAVIGATING THE TERMINAL
A. SOFT KEYS – These keys that are found throughout the timeclock and allow employees quick
access to information regarding timecards, request time off and inbox.
B. NAVIGATION KEYS – Cursor keys that allow employees to move within fields and menus on
display.
C. SCROLL ARROWS – Allows
employees to scroll through
information displayed.
