KRONOS INTOUCH ID BIOMETRICS TERMINAL
The Kronos InTouch w/Biometrics terminal is easy to use and allows employees to get information when
they need it. Employees may view manage their information, including Request for time off; hours
worked, accrual balances, current and future schedules and labor and job transfers. The terminal
biometrically verifies punches and transfers.
The Kronos InTouch Finger Scan Verification Device:
• Provides safeguards that ensure employee privacy
• Does not store fingerprints
• Verifies that you are whom you say you are when you punch in and out or transfer.
• Eliminates employee fraud and makes sure that no one abuses the system.
NAVIGATING THE TERMINAL
A. SOFT KEYS – These keys that are found throughout the timeclock and allow employees quick
access to information regarding timecards, request time off and inbox.
