WHAT IS ENROLLMENT?
The employee’s manager will re-enroll you at your locations Biometric terminal. Employees will enroll
two finders. One finger is called the Primary Finger – This is the one employees will use every day. The
other finder is called the Secondary Finger – It is used in the case their primary finger is injured.
ENROLLMENT SCORING
When an employee enrolls, the terminal will display two
scores, quality, and content.
The Quality score measures how much useful data was
captured in the finger scan image. Some finders have ridges,
shares or other characteristics that lower the quality.
The Content score measures the amount of image that was detected. Smaller fingers and poor finger
placement can result in a lower content value.
Low scores indicate that the image is “Fuzzy.” You may have difficulty verifying punches if your finger
scan template has low scores. You will want to try and get the highest possible score.
Enrollment Scores range between 1 and 100:
