where now?

Teams across the County are delving deeper into their results to understand what simple actions they
could take to improve the employee experience in key areas. Creating a great work environment
is everyone’s responsibility. While a manager can do a lot to create a positive and productive
environment, each employee needs to contribute to improving engagement throughout the team.
We will publish some of the actions different divisions and teams are taking during the course of this
fall.
