CRISIS MANAGEMENT


                 Emergencies can occur in our restaurants at any time . We must be prepared to respond effectively, rationally and
                 professionally to any situation .

                 Preparation

                 Being prepared is the key to minimizing the impact of an emergency .
                   •   Where are the exits in our restaurants?
                   •   How will we evacuate our guests and employees with disabilities and impairments?
                   •   Where are emergency phone numbers kept?
                   •   How do we communicate?
                 Crisis Communication Resource

                 The Crisis Communication Resource outlines actions to be taken when an emergency occurs . Following these steps
                 will guide individuals through delivering a natural, measurable response when communicating with our guests and
                 employees .

                 The primary focus of this resource is how to handle emergencies during normal business hours, and must is to be kept
                 in an easily accessible, conspicuous area of the restaurant . Please ensure all employees are aware of its location .

                 The information contained in the Crisis Communication Resource should be reviewed with all newly hired employees
                 during Orientation .

                 The first step in any emergency is to make sure that that the management team is safe, and well informed so
                 that they can assist others.
