EMPLOYEE INJURIES AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES


                 If an employee witnesses or is involved in work-related accident or injury, he/she should report it to their manager
                 immediately .

                 The employee’s manager must report the incident immediately, by calling Medcor . Medcor is a workplace injury
                 triage and reporting service . This service is available 24/7 .
                 This service is only for employees who are injured at work, and is NOT to be used for guest injuries . Medcor
                 provides triage suitable for most injuries by registered nurses, but is not a 911 system for life-threatening situations .
                 Always call 911 first for any potential life-threatening injuries .

                 Please Note: ALL incidents should be reported, even if it does not result in an injury . It is not up to the manager
                 to decide which incident warrants medical attention . Also, please refer to state specific guidelines to ensure any
                 additional requirements are being met .
                 If the restaurant has video cameras, please contact IT immediately so that video image can be archived .

                 Minor First Aid Treatment

                 If the injured employee can safely return to work, Medcor will provide first-aid instructions to the employee . Each
                 restaurant location has been provided with a first aid kit .

                 First Aid Kits

                 First aid kits must be maintained with the appropriate items at all times . The list of items required in the restaurant’s
                 first aid kit can be found on FOXCentral .
