ORIENTATION

                 Objective

You’re going to encounter many challenges during your training experience, and you will be asked to work very
hard to master our culture and systems. That being said, we’re going to have some fun on Orientation day. You will
get to meet our management team and much of our service team, enjoy our great food and service firsthand, and
take a detailed tour of our restaurant. You’ll also immediately begin to move forward on your development path with
us. If we can’t make an impression on you with our hospitality on your first day, we can’t expect you to understand
what we mean when we ask you to deliver it. So relax, enjoy our atmosphere, and get to know the team.

                 Manager In Training (MIT Binder)

Your MIT binder should be reviewed at Orientation. Please bring this binder with you every day of training.

                 New Hire Paperwork

Your new hire “paperwork” should have been completed online through Paycom at this point. If there are any
outstanding tasks (you would have received an email or task reminder) please complete them at this time. Any
questions that may have come up regarding your New Hire paperwork should be asked at this time.

                 Review Employee Handbook

Review the Employee Handbook (provided in your MIT binder)
Follow the Employee Handbook Review found in the Employee Orientation Tool Kit
