The GM or EC will search the employee’s Section 1 by clicking on either “pending” or “search for employees”
from the I-9 Express home screen .
The GM/EC will physically examine the documentation to determine if it appears to be genuine and to relate
the documentation to the employee presenting it . If the document does not appear to be genuine or relate to
the employee, the employee may present other documentation from the List of Acceptable Documents . Expired
documents or photocopies are not accepted .
