PAYCOM OVERVIEW

Paycom is our payroll and human resources management system used to process payroll and maintain
employee information . Paycom provides each employee with a unique login to view his/her personal
information in payroll, and to make changes using Employee Self-Service . By using this system, restaurant
management will be able to process employee actions (i .e . – new hires, position changes, terminations,
etc .), as well as maintain employee files and view important payroll information . The system will help us
work more efficiently together .
Features

A user-friendly web-based system with the ability to:

• Enter new hire and rehire information into Paycom and receive Export IDs (known as Clock
Sequence # in Paycom) once approved

• Terminate employees, start and end approved leaves of absence
• Transfer employees to a new FRC restaurant location
• Enter employee changes: pay rate updates, position changes, uniform deductions
• Pull reports: employee export ID roster, birthday, anniversary, pay rates by position, employee
pay statements by pay date

• Employee Self-Service: assist employees with logging into the system, reset employee
passwords, obtain username
