PRE-ORIENTATION

Extending a Job Offer

When the decision is made to hire an hourly candidate, a job offer is extended . An appropriate
wage based on the position and the candidate’s experience will be determined . The wage should be
in line with FRC approved pay guidelines .

When and Where?
The hiring manager is to give the newly hired employee the location, date and time to attend
orientation . Each restaurant has its designated orientation day(s) (see sample New Hire Orientation
Schedule below – can be found on the HR section of the FOXCentral) .

Electronic I-9 & WOTC
After an offer is extended, the manager will provide the employee with written instructions on how to
complete the I-9 and WOTC forms electronically before their first day of work (Orientation) .
