Sound is sound that comes from vibrating objects. The object that
producessound is called the sound source. Sound can be divided into several
types, namely as follows:
1. Sound based on strong and weak
Sounds are divided into strong sounds and weak sounds.Loud sounds are
sounds that sound louder to the ear. For example: The sound of an airplane, the
sound of a car horn, and the sound of thunder. Meanwhile, a weak sound is a
sound that sounds soft to the ear. For example: the sound of a gentle breeze and
the sound produced by crickets.
2. Sound based on its origin
Sound based on its origin is divided into natural sounds and artificial sounds.
Natural sounds are sounds that come from objects in the natural surroundings.
For example: natural sounds that come from humans, animals, and plants.
Artificial sound is sound that comes from human-made objects. For example: the
sound of bells being struck, car horns, and musical instruments played by
humans.
3. Sound based on long and short
Sounds are divided into long sounds and short sounds. Long sounds are sounds
that sound longer. For example: the sound of a train from a distance Meanwhile,
a short sound is a sound that is heard briefly. For example: when clapping and
knocking on the door
