Category
Customers within the LOW risk code are Grocery customers and
LOW National customers with a Corporate Head Office, who generate
MED large amounts of revenue for CCA. These customers are
M2H generally financially stable and are unlikely to suffer immediate
cash flow issues that would impact their ability to honour their
HRA debts with CCA.

HRB Customers within the MED (Medium) risk code have undergone
our CCA credit check and provided a signed guarantee and
HRC indemnity. Credit checks are performed at time of sales order
and customers trading on this Risk Code will be placed on Block
at day 14 overdue.

Customers in the M2H (Medium to High) risk code have
undergone our CCA credit check. In most instances these
customers have not provided a signed guarantee and indemnity
and as such pose a higher risk to CCA. Credit checks are
performed at time of sales order and customers trading on this
Risk Code will be placed on Block at day 7 overdue.

Customers in the HRA (High Risk A) risk code are customers
currently trading Cash on Delivery (COD) with no restrictions.
Customers with adverse payment history may also fall under this
category. Credit checks are performed at time of sales order
and customers trading on this Risk Code will be placed on Block
at day 1 overdue.

Customers in the HRB (High Risk B) risk code are customers
currently trading Cash On Delivery (COD) with Temporary Credit
(TC) restrictions. Customers with adverse payment history may
also fall under this category. Credit checks are performed at
time of sales order and customers trading on this Risk Code will
be placed on Block at day 1 overdue

Customers in the HRC (High Risk C) risk code are customers
currently trading Cash on Delivery (COD) with Temporary Credit
(TC) and cheque restrictions. Customers with adverse payment
history may also fall under this category. Credit checks are
performed at time of sales order and customers trading on this
Risk Code will be placed on Block at day 1 overdue.
