How to See Credit Information in SaM
for a Customer
1 Tap on a Customer, tap on
Details button, tap on Credit

2 Credit Information screen will
be displayed. This shows all
credit information relating to
the Customer
3 To see any Overdue Invoices 3
select the relevant days. This 4
will display all invoices that
have not been paid 5
4 Tap on the invoice to see more
details
5 If Dispute Cases or Promise to
Pay is in red you can tap on
this to take you to the next
screen
