INGREDIENTS:
                                   (for 4 persons)

                                   150 g of salmon
                                   1 pack of cream
                                    400 g of pasta
                                          oil
                                       parsley
                                         salt

                                  PREPARATION:

                    Cut the salmon into small pieces and place it
                       in a pan with oil. Meanwhile, while the
                    salmon is frying, put the pasta to boil in a pot
                    of water. Add the cream, salt, and pepper to
                           taste over the salmon in the pan
                                 and mix everything.
                        Add the salmon over the cooked pasta
                        arranged on a plate and sprinkle with
                               finely chopped parsley.
