马佛青完成了为期两天，一共四个环节的线上组织管
理课程。此课程的支持单位包括青年与体育部和马来
西亚青年理事会，提供单元和讲师方面的资源。

此课程覆盖的单元包括：（一）领导力、领导者和追 “财务管理与援助”单元主讲人哈斯瓦妮。
随者；（二）写作和文档；（三）财务管理与援助； Speaker of ‘Financial management and aids’ module Nur Hazwani binti
以及（四）需要提供的资料 (MYKD) 。 Hashim.

上述四个单元的主讲人分别为马佛青总秘书邹翔源、
马佛青署理总秘书陈韦璇、国家青年及体育局财务部
副总监哈斯瓦妮及青年组织注册局高级注册官法依祖
理查。

参与者回馈说如此的管理课程让他们更具体地了解官
方机构对于组织管理和文件准备的需求，也让他们学
习到目前的管理趋势和各自组织可以参考和使用的思
维、流程和工具。

YBAM completed Virtual Organisational Management
Course with a total of four sessions in two days. The
supporting organisations of this course include the
Ministry of Youth and Sports and Malaysian Youth
Council, providing resources including course content
and speakers.

The modules of this course include: (i) Leadership,
leaders, and followers; (ii) Writing and documentation;
(iii) Financial management and aids; and (iv)

‘Leadership, leaders, and followers’ module presented by Eow Shiang Yen
(below). The speakers of the four modules were YBAM
General Secretary Eow Shiang Yen, YBAM Deputy
General Secretary Chin Hui Sian, Associate Director of
Department of Finance under the Ministry of Youth
and Sports Nur Hazwani binti Hashim, and Senior
Registrar of Registrar of Youth Office Faizul Rizal bin
Mat Saat.

The participants provided feedback that this
management course enabled them to understand
more specifically the requirements of organisational

government agency and also allowed them to learn
the latest trend of management and the mindset,
procedures and tools that their organisations can
refer to or utilise.
