Storyboard 1st draft reviewed SME reviews 1 Storyboard draft and adds all comments, SME
edits, additions etc. While it is desirable to have all major
edits discovered earlier, it is understandable that some are
made at this point (because you can actually see and hear
the content). Edits should be minor at this point.
Storyboard final draft ISD incorporates all edits from SME storyboard review and ISD
produces final draft of course.
Storyboard final SME reviews Final Storyboard draft for completeness and SME
review/approval approval. While edits are permissible, it should be
understood that this will add time to delivery dates.
Lesson uploaded/tested LMS Course is loaded to LMS, tested by ISD, and final approved ISD
by ISD. ISD notifies SME that course is ready for push.
Lesson pushed Lesson is added to catalogue and ready for end user. Any SME
communication around course launch is sent. (communication)
