               The following are a list of survey tools authorized by NCR and used by Global Learning.

            Monkey      Survey Monkey is an online survey development cloud-based software.  This tools can be
                        used to create:

                           ·   Survey quality metric - to predict how well your survey will perform

            Qualtrics
                        Qualtrics is a robust cloud-base survey tool used to create:

                               dashboard user.
                           ·   Easily slice your data by drilling down and rolling-up throughout your organization.
                           ·   Allow unique access to HR leaders while protecting employee confidentiality with built-
                               in security settings.

                        Customer Satisfaction Metrics
                           ·   Measure customer experience at every touchpoint along the customer journey and
                               establish baselines to measure future performance
                           ·   Predict and prioritize customer needs and trends, identify key engagement and
                               experience drivers, and drive results with role-based dashboards and action plans.
