Development Stages/Tasks:

Kick-off Meeting with all parties to establish project goals and LBP Leads / All
outcomes, establish roles, set expectations, begin the design involved
process.
Course content delivered SME to provide course content to ISD, who then begins SME
developing initial draft of course. Course content should
include all graphics, talking points, and other course material
that is expected to be contained within course.
Script 1st draft ISD to provide a 1 draft of course to SME for review and ISD

approval. 1 draft should contain at a minimum the course
outline, content to be included in each outline detail, and
rough scripting. This is a draft, so there is ample opportunity
to add, delete, comment.

Script 1st draft reviewed SME reviews 1 draft and adds all comments, edits, SME
additions etc. This is the most crucial step in design process.
