Role: Design, develop and deliver proposed project deliverables.

Responsibilities:
· Discharge the duties assigned/delegated by the SLBP.
· Establish and maintain working relationship with SME.
· Develop content objectives with SME.
· Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement content deliverables.
· Communicates project status and issues to SLBP.
· Maintain schedules and deliverable deadlines.
· Keep project team updated/informed on status of project.
· Schedule and facilitate content reviews with SME.

Avoid
· Missing deliverable timelines.
· Not communicating project status and/or problems with team.
· Being inefficient with SME’s time (their full-time job is not being a SME).
· Not being concise and detailed with requests from SME (avoid assumptions).

Notes:
1) Supplemental SMEs are at the discretion of the Organizational Team. If used, all
reviews/inputs must go through single point of contact = Primary SME.
2) Supplemental IDs are for internal peer review. All reviews are provided to the ID.
3) Single funnel between ID and Primary SME: there should only be one point of
contact between ID and Organizational Team. This single point of contact should be
the Primary SME. This ensures continuity within team and greatly helps keep the
project plan on track.
