Provides a brief overview of the various players in the development cycle.
Strategic Learning Business Partner (SLBP)
Working with our business stakeholders, we consult to set priorities and create learning opportunities,
which help enable and drive the business strategy.
Also, we analyze skill and knowledge gaps, and develop training to support business goals. Learning
Business partner will design, develop and deliver internal and external training solutions that help
employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve their current performance. Some of training
solutions we offer can be:
· Tools Training
· Skills Training
· Professional Development
· Internal Certifications & Organization Training
· External Industry / PD Certification
· Cross-Functional Learning Methodology Structure (Pyramid)
In the end, our goal is to create development opportunities to expand growth and improve future
performance
Learning Business partner will lead:
· Needs analysis process, using surveys, conversational, performance or task needs analysis
· Design of a Learning Strategy or a development plan for a targeted learning group
· Design of a training content using internal and external resources
· Identification and management of stakeholders dedicated for the targeted learning group.
Depending from the learning request, Learning business partner will take over the delivery of Classroom
web based training or delivery of a workshop.
