grow into a very large clump and is quite visible in
trees.

I have an apple tree in my garden and there are

several mistletoe plants growing from the branches.
The flower on the mistletoe is very small and delicate

and as you can see from the photo is yellow.

The white berries produced by the mistletoe are toxic
to people and it is common practice to cut mistletoe

and take it into the home at Christmas time. Often
have a Christmas kiss under the mistletoe - this is a

well known British tradition.
