ICS Siebel 8.1 and Master Template Overview

Using the OnStar Data Transfer Tool:
Inbound - WITH Information from the OnStar Data Transfer Tool (AT-AT Tool),
Step 1: WITHOUT information from the OnStar Data Transfer Too,
Step 2: go right to selecting the call type in the “Inbound” tab

Step 3: If the inbound call is a transfer from OnStar,
 The customer’s information should be provided in the Data Transfer Tool.
Step 4: Click the “AT-AT” button on the “Inbound” tab and the “AT-AT Transfer Tool”
pop-up will populate

You will have to highlight and copy the line in the Data Transfer Tool, then click the
select button in the “AT-AT Tool” pop-up

Once you have confirmed the information, click the “Copy” button, the “AT-AT Tool”
will disappear and the information will populate in the “Inbound” tab fields

You will then need to fill in the rest of the information that was not included in the
Data Transfer Tool

Select the appropriate call type in the drop down
