Step 7:
 Use the free form text box to document the comments for an “Inbound Call” or
one of the simple call templates
Instructors Note: Inbound Call documentation must be in the “Cust Sts, Cust
Sks and ICS Adv format.

Step 8:
 After you have assisted the customer and completed the documentation in
the “Inbound” tab

 Click the “Copy” button and then paste the information in the “Inbound Call
Customer” activity comments in Siebel
