 You should use the SOCC(D) tab to assist you in scheduling your follow ups
with customers as well as dealers.
 The top portion of the tab contains information to gather when scheduling a
follow up with a customer, while the bottom is for contacting a dealer.
 Keep in mind you will have to copy each section individually for their separate
activities.
