ICS Escalation:
The ICS Escalation tab should be used when seeking approval to escalate a case to
the ER (Early Resolution) Team. Make sure the case qualifies for escalation per the
CS Escalation Process and include all of the required information in the fields so the
ER Team knows the concern and reason for escalation
