                         Capturing feedback from the customer is essential to the ICS mission and the
                          GM mission of customer satisfaction.
                         This section of the Master Template can be used to quickly categorize
                          feedback based on Type, Source, and Subject for documentation in Siebel.
                         GM and ICS are looking for positive and negative feedback alike – below is
                          an example of a customer who really likes their vehicle, but feels GM might
                          have stepped a bit too far into the “tech realm”.
