Capturing feedback from the customer is essential to the ICS mission and the
GM mission of customer satisfaction.
This section of the Master Template can be used to quickly categorize
feedback based on Type, Source, and Subject for documentation in Siebel.
GM and ICS are looking for positive and negative feedback alike – below is
an example of a customer who really likes their vehicle, but feels GM might
have stepped a bit too far into the “tech realm”.
